How to Apply  

Read though Competition Guidelines, download and submit application below. 

Application deadline is December 1st, 200912:00PM (EST). 

Applicants can only apply to ONE of the competitions. Please, state in subject line: “Pro March 2010" or “Amateur March 2010"
 

Selected competitors will have to provide proof of birth date such as driver’s license, passport, school ID. 

Fill out the URL address for your submission video in application form, and directly in email. If you decide to send DVD by mail, please include a hard copy of your application.
