Amateur Upright Pose

ARe the competitors going to have to do these exact moves she is doing in the video? Or just any upright static pose and this is an example?

The competitors will be required to do the exact move/ trick that is done in the sample videos here. This will make judging much easier! And easier for the competitors as well, so they don’t have to put as much thought into their compulsary routines.

NO these moves do not have to be done in your submission videos. These moves are only required in the compulsory round at the Championships!
