How to Apply

Please read though Competition Guidelines, download and submit application below. Application needs to be in no later than January 31st, 2009.

Selected competitors will have to provide proof of birth date such as driver’s license, passport, school ID Along with application you also need to submit a 2-3 minute unedited video showing us your best pole dancing skills. Either send it on a DVD by mail, or fill out the URL address in application form. If you decide to send it by mail, please include a hard copy of your application along with your DVD.
