She performed in the Pole Unity Show in England in June of 2008 and many other performances in England with Sally-Ann Giles (Miss Pole Dance UK) in November of 2008. She has an extensive background in the performing arts, and a passion for health/fitness. Brynlyn began her pole dancing journey over two years ago and was recently selected to pole dance at the launch of Yummie Tummie Shapewear. After a few years, she realized she preferred instructing pole dancing due to its creativity and potential as a legitimate sport. Michula, now a master-instructor, opened up her pole dance studio in February 2007 and just celebrated its 3rd year! She is an active board member of the Pole Fitness Association and member of the U.S. Pole Dance Federation.

It was love at first spin, and within months she progressed into a skilled, sassy instructor. When she moved back to New York, she continued her passion by joining the New York Pole Dancing staff. Alethea has been doing gymnastics since birth in a small town in Indiana and used to compete in elite level meets. I have been dancing for 26 years and danced professionally for the NFL for 5 years. I started pole dancing four years ago; I began teaching in Massachusetts and am currently teaching at NY Pole Dancing. In addition to be addicted to pole dancing, I am addicted to education. I have a B.S. in Anthropology from Brown University, an M.S. in Child Life from Wheelock College, and am now pursing a Nursing degree. I love integrating pole dancing into people’s lives in order to augment their overall health and well-being.

Lian Tal, New York
Lian was born in Israel and came to the US at the age of 20, after serving in the Israeli military for 2 years. Lian has always loved dance in all its’ forms. Lian discovered pole dancing a year and 8 months ago. She fell in love with the sport and found herself practicing religiously. Lian started teaching pole dance out of her home studio in Manhattan a year ago and is now in the process of opening a pole/fitness studio.
