AletheaChair & Floor Work - take a break from inverts and get in touch with your sexy side in the chair and floor work workshop.

Floorwork & Flexibility - famous floor work this time bringing a chair in as a new apparatus to slide slink and body roll on.

Sexy Flow -  "Stripper Tai Chi", "Moving Like Melted Butter", "Slinky Snake" Whatever you want to call it. Sexy Flow will be geared toward helping each dancer become more comfortable in fluid movement and dance in front of an audience.

Jenyne Butterfly
ButterflyJenyne  will breakdown the technique, demonstrate, and get you into any move you’ve been dying to learn. She will come with a variety of new moves and transitions you might not already know, or put together new combos of the ones you do know.

Amber Richard
Pole Choreography - learn a choreographed routine incorporating tricks and transitions. Amber will break down each movement.

Polished Pole - Amber will show you how to make any move more beautiful by paying attention to lines, toes, hands, and timing.

Estee Zakar
Learn what it takes to train like Miss Trixter, with deep stretching and tricks.

Kira Lamb
Merging strong and controlled climbs, spins and static poses with seamlessly sexy dance transitions and floor work, Kira believes that each step should bring music to life and vice versa.

Brook Notary
Explore the dance aspect of pole dancing; paying particular attention to seamless transitions in and out of tricks, creative ways to use your hands and feet and how to develop an emotional connection with your partner, the pole.

LeighLeigh Ann Reilly
This workshop focuses on signature BeSpun transitions and flow.  Expect to learn BeSpun signature dance sequences and trick combinations that help achieve the well- known BeSpun style.
