Brook Notary is a critically-acclaimed choreographer, with over 20 years of experience teachingÂ various forms of dance and movement, including contemporary modern, ballet, jazz and Pilates.15 years as artistic directorÂ of critically-acclaimed modern dance troupe, Notario Dance Company. She has choreographed for a diverse array of high-profile clients, including celebrities,Â musical artists, corporations, dance companies and educational institutions. Notable high-profile clients include Usher, Harrison Ford and Liz Claiborne. She has proven herself as one of the most versatile and provocative artists in the contemporary dance world. In addition to choreographing, she has performed professionally as a modern dancer, a nationally ranked rhythmic gymnast, an aerialist in shows such as De La Guarda (NYC), and a touring captain and performer in Cirque Ingenieux. This diverse background has charged her vision for The Pulse Project.Â She has been artistic director/choreographer for the pulse project for 4 years. Nancy Noreman has been in the Fitness Industry for over 25 years. She has been a Fitness Model, Supplement Company Owner, Private Gym Owner, Media Host, ACE & BFT Trainer, conducted various interviews and written many fitness articles. Nancy has always been fascinated with the beauty of the human body, which prompted her to study art and get a degree in Art/Design along with a Masters in Education. Nancy has always pursued careers relating to fitness. Nancy also owned a small clothing company where she designed clothing for exotic dancers, fitness models and fitness competitors. In addition to her other jobs, Nancy is a â€œDance Mom,â€ which she considers the hardest job of them all! Nancy fell in love with Pole Dancing since the time she was introduced to it. JoAnna Ross is the producer/creator of the long running comedy and pole dancing show Schtick A Pole In IT. She started her career as a dancer on Broadway in the original cast of Footloose, national commercials, MACY’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, Letterman, and the Rosie O’Donnell Show(I am dating myself!) JoAnna made the natural leap from professional dancer to comedienne 10 years ago when she lived in LA and was teaching yoga. She re entered the dance world on the set of Skinja where she was a choreographer.
Whether it’s a performance or competition Antoine (Antoine du Pole) has always enjoyed being in front of an audience. He trained as a gymnast for many years, but quit in high school to focus his attention to his classical music training. For over 15 years Antoine performed with orchestras and other musical ensembles, but he maintained his passion for acrobatic movement and craved a new artistic outlet. Antoine began pole training 6 years ago and found that his years of gymnastics allowed for a smooth transition to pole. He has been a pole fitness instructor for 4 years, and currently teaches and trains at Pole Position Dance and Fitness in White Plains, NY. As a pole competitor, Antoine placed 2nd at the Atlantic Pole Championship (2013). He performs regularly throughout NYC, and is a monthly featured pole performer on both fixed and aerial poles at Duane Park– NYC’s Classiest Burlesque Supper Club. Antoine is a Mighty Grip junior athlete and sales representative, and received the title of “Face of Mighty Grip” for 2015.
Jeni Janover is the passionate founder and owner of Liquid MotionÂ®. She began her pole dancing career in 2010, and was instantly addicted. Jeni created Liquid MotionÂ® because she wanted to develop a methodology for people of all levels and backgrounds that teaches students the fundamentals of movement through basic dance theory and exploration of natural instincts. Jeni has taught her signature workshops all over the United States, Mexico and Canada, and is excited to be able to bring this new 75 Minute liquid Motion class to Body and Pole. Jeni describes her style of dancing and teaching as a combination of life, love, sex, and raw emotion. Danielle Green is the owner of Vixen Fitness, a boutique pole dance studio in Ann Arbor. She has more than 11 years of pole dance experience and has taught thousands of Michigan women in her sought after classes, parties and instructor trainings. Her passion for pole dance was sparked by a private lesson with friends in 2005. Hooked at first spin, she purchased a pole, began self teaching and later set out on a mission to share the benefits of pole dancing with women through home parties. After a year of party filled weekends and relentless request from party-goers, the first Vixen Fitness studio opened in 2007. Since then Danielle has owned three studios and continues to develop a signature, sexy pole dance program suitable for women of all shapes, sizes and backgrounds.
Former gymnast at Eastern Michigan University, contributing to two team MAC Championships as well as a MAC title on the uneven bars and a runner up on the balance beam during her 4 years. Taught acro gymnastics at the Michigan Academy of Dance, as well as at a studio back home in Winnipeg, Canada. Currently finishing up final year towards her degree in Elementary Education and Mathematics at EMU.
I started gymnastics at the age of 6 and began competitive gymnastics at the age of 8. I competed until the age of 17 and was forced to end my career after a car accident. That’s when I began coaching gymnastics. I’ve coached gymnastics for seven years. I coached compulsory level to optional. Ages 18months to adult. I’m currently in school at Keiser University for radiology.
This former beauty queen, turned sports writer and NFL columnist hails from Los Angeles and currently resides in Houston where she runs Total Body Network, a nutrition consulting and sports training business. She is also the Creative Food Technician for Stay Lean Gourmet Desserts/Stay Lean Gourmet Cuisine.

Seven years of powerlifting set the foundation for an impressive bodybuilding career that kicked off in 1994 as the Texas State Powerlifting Champion followed by back to back Mississippi State Powerlifting championships 1998-1999 and two-time Mississippi State Bodybuilding Championships. In 2002 she was crown Team Universe Champion and was a member of the World Championship team. A series of shoulder and back injuries forced her to retire from powerlifting and bodybuilding in 2004.

Odette Tan is the current head instructor at Brass Ovaries in Austin, Texas. Like many others, her pole dancing addiction was sparked at a bachelorette party. Realizing this was the workout she had been looking for, Odette quickly bought a pole and started training at Brass Ovaries, continuing to feed her new found addiction and discovering it to be an exhilarating and freeing experience as well as providing both physical and mental therapy during tough times. She has been actively pole dancing since 2010, and she truly credits pole fitness for transforming her into a strong, confident woman. Odette competed in Miss Texas Pole Star from 2012 – 14 and was the 2014 Miss Texas Pole Star Doubles Winner. She started instructing in 2012, and she finds herself happiest in helping others obtain their own pole goals. Outside of pole, Odette has more than 10 years of experience in Chinese folk dance and 8 years of experience dancing Hawaiian hula and frequently performs hula around Central Texas.
Sunita is a certified Zumba fitness instructor using her platform to inspire others. As a member of the ZIN she uses her insatiable zeal for Zumba to educate and promote healthy living. During her tenure as a certified fitness instructor, Sunita has partnered with the American Heart Association, Microsoft and the Houston Rockets.

She was awarded the title of “Miss Trickster” at the 2016 Asia Pole Championship, and in 2017 she won the title of USPDF Pro Champion. Lara has taught pole and flexibility at Body & Pole in New York City since 2013, and is a master trainer with the elevatED Pole and Flexibility teacher training program.
